This year, the Free Rivers Fund received over 350 applications, with more than 100 meeting the criteria—making this year’s selection process highly competitive. The increasing number of qualified applications highlights the growing need for this type of funding and reinforces efforts to expand the fund for future support. For those interested in last year’s impact, the 2024 Annual Report details the achievements of past projects, the allocation of grants, and the results of Free Rivers Fund initiatives. The full report is available for download HERE.

Thank you!

We are trying to keep this simple: None of this would be possible without you. If you want to get involved in river conservation, want to start a project, know a company that should become a Free Rivers Fund Partner, want to spread the word in your kayaking club or start a fundraiser – that’s amazing, please get in touch with us! If you would like to support us in the easiest way possible – make a donation here

Either way – your interest in free rivers goes a long way, without activists like you and me the Free Rivers Fund would not be able to achieve what it set out to do: supporting and financing actions for free flowing rivers. So thank you so much for supporting us and we hope you will stick around! If you have any input or questions – let us know!
