It’s time to Get Fit on the Water with Jodelle Fitzwater!

Take your workout to the water, make your board your gym. This workout consists of 15 exercises, focusing on the lower body, each one done for 30 seconds, followed by 10 seconds rest. You’ll be sure to get sweaty and sore in under 15 minutes!
