SKAGERRAK follows the SUP athlete Casper Steinfath’s preparation and mental development in his attempt to become the first in the world to paddle from Denmark to Norway. During the winter of 2017, Casper tried to cross the Skagerrak for the first time. But only 12 km from the coast, his dream sank. One year later, Casper tried to cross the Skagerrak again. The second time it succeeds. SKAGERRAK is an insight into the journey Casper goes through in the year between the two trials. A journey that turns out to be about more than coming from A to B, where fraternity and friendship will play a vital role in getting a project of this size to succeed. SKAGERRAK is an inspiring story that is about the dreams and hopes that live inside us all. A movie about the courage to head out towards the horizon.
