GREENLAND GT

We built this model at the request of the customers who wanted
to use the Greenland for longer trips with a larger cockpit. The
Greenland GT is based on our original Greenland model; the
increased width adds stability, while maintaining the characteristics
that have made the original Greenland famous. We added the day-
hatch and enlarged the rear hatch, increasing its storage capacity,
then gave it a keyhole cockpit for easier entrance and exit.

GEMINI SP

Gemini SP (Sports Play) 14’-10” x 22” 40lbs* The SP’s increased
rocker, greater bow volume, harder chines, and flatter mid-hull

cross-section, all contribute to its performance in the rough. It’s
extremely nimble, surfs exceedingly well, and avoids pearling.
Produced in a stronger Lay-up, the SP provides everything you’d
expect from a true ocean going play-boat.

Gemini ST (Sports Tourer) 14’-10” x 21.75” 37.5lbs* At 37.5lbs
(17kg) the first thing you’ll notice about the ST is how light and
easy it is to handle. On the water it handles like a longer kayak;
moderately rockered, good stability, long waterline and a ine bow
ensure the ST tracks well and gives it a high touring speed.

VALLEY
ETAIN

The Etain is a conscious departure from previous Valley designs.
Valley kayaks were traditionally more “ish-form” i.e. widest point
slightly forward of center. The Etain is more neutral, in fact very
slightly Swede form i.e. widest point rear of center. Swede form
kayaks have a different feel, slightly more glide and a perception
of speed that is more noticeable because you are now paddling
in a narrower part of the boat. The paddling stroke is also less
encumbered and there is a general feeling of having less boat
between you and the water.
