Born and raised in the UK, Tristan Boxford moved to Hawaii more than 15 years ago, pursuing his highly successful career as a pro windsurfer. Also a skilled and passionate stand up paddler, surfer, swimmer and sailor, Tristan started the Waterman League in 2009. An organization that aims to represent the global world of ocean sports as a unified collective, the Waterman League has created an official and international tour for pro stand up paddlers, in both surfing and racing. We met with the man himself to hear more about the future of competitive stand up paddling.
